The Physical Education sequence at BSGE includes courses in Fitness; Dance, which incorporates yoga; and Health.  The aim of PE courses is to facilitate physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. Students are helped to develop the motor skills necessary to enable them to participate successfully in a variety of physical activities, and learn the benefits of a regular exercise regime.

There is a focus on lifetime activities that students can participate in well after their graduation, such as cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and aerobics in our fitness room.  Students also participate in sports related team activities, such as football, street hockey, basketball, softball, soccer and handball.  It is important that we encourage students to experience and appreciate a wide range of physical activities while attending the Baccalaureate School.
